*COVID 19 Update, March 2021*

We will happily accept future bookings for holidays with guests from more than one household in line with Government easing of lockdown rules. 

If we cannot legally honour a booking due to future Covid-19 Government restrictions or rules, we will continue our current policy of offering you an alternative holiday date or full refund. We are continuing our advanced Covid-19 safe cleaning regimes following current advice.

Weeks and Short Breaks

Weekly bookings run from Saturdays in high season (April to October), and Fridays in low season (November to March). Short breaks are available from November to March running from Fridays (three-night weekends) or Mondays (four-night midweek stay).

Arrival and Departure

The Mill House will be ready for your arrival from 5.00pm and we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 9.30am to enable us to carry out our Covid-19 cleaning. 

Deposit

We request a 25% deposit at the time of booking.  The full balance is payable six weeks before the arrival date.  If a booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required to complete the booking.

Extras

We can provide a folding bed for one extra person, 2 cots and two high chairs, and mobility aids for the ground floor shower room, if requested at the time of booking.

For the comfort of all our guests we have a strictly No Pets and No Smoking policy at The Mill House.
