Booking Information

Here is a summary of some of our principal booking terms, together with some useful information about your stay. Our full booking terms will be provided during the on-line booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions or prefer to make a booking by telephone. (For ideas of what to do on your holiday; eg activities, local visitor attractions and shopping, please see our Links section.) - Weeks And Short Breaks
Weekly bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday in high season and from Friday to Friday in low season. Short breaks are available in low season with Friday (three-night weekend) and Monday (four-night midweek) change-overs. Short breaks may be available in high season on a last minute basis. - Arrival And Departure
Arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure by no later than 10.00 am. - Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the full rent is payable immediately. - Prices
All prices are in GB pounds inclusive of electricity, full central heating, tea-towels, bed linen and towels. Two beach towels are supplied per cottage and one Harris Tweed picnic blanket. Cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, etc are provided, plus a starter supply of barbeque fuel. - Payment
Payment can be accepted by credit or debit card on-line or by telephone or by cheque. Cheques should be payable to Lindisfarne Bay Cottages. - Mobility Impaired Guests
Both The Byre (3 bedrooms) and The Mill House (4 bedrooms) have a downstairs double or twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom suitable for mobility impaired guests. We recommend that you contact us before booking to make sure that our cottages are suitable for your needs. - Cots And High Chairs
High chairs and cots are available on request free of charge. - No Smoking Policy
All our cottages are strictly no smoking environments. - Christmas and New Year 2011
Christmas week bookings start 23rd December until 30th December.
New Year's week bookings start 30th December until 6th January.
Please contact us as we may be able to offer some flexibility.
The cottages make a great venue for group bookings during the Christmas season, we can offer some extra inflatable beds for several additional guests, again please contact us to discuss. - Pets
We are sorry we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets.
